Just purchased my Ridgeline from Barbour Hendrick Honda and it was the best buying experience I have ever had. Professional and courteous. All of the staff were extremely helpful. My wife and I were looking to buy a new car. We went to Barbour-Hendrick Honda of Greenville and were treated to the best car buying experience ever! The staff was very polite and professional. We were treated with the highest level of respect and courtesy. The experience did not stop on the day that we purchased the car. We continue to received phone calls from the dealership, just to check in to see how we are doing. The service shop is also the best I have seen in a long time. Very clean, and the waiting area is nice. They even have a shuttle to take you around town if you need to run errands while your car is being serviced. Overall, 10/10, I highly recommend Barbour-Hendrick Honda of Greenville.

Barbour-Hendrick Honda Greenville was recommended by a family member who spoke highly of this dealership. Having dealt with several dealerships in the Goldsboro and Wilson area, we were skeptical since the service in those areas were mediocre. The drive to Greenville was about 50 minutes from our home but it was totally worth it! As soon as we walked in, we were greeted with such kindness and hospitality. Gary Doyle was our advisor and he was the opposite of what we had experienced at the other dealerships. Gary took the time to listen to our needs, finances, expectations, and didn't pressure my husband and I into anything. He gave us space to think and discuss if this was what we really wanted. I appreciate that above all else since it was a high ticket item. The team at Barbour-Hendrick Honda Greenville functioned like a well-oiled machine. Everything went so smoothly and I will definitely recommend their company to anyone who values their time.

I purchased a 2016 Honda HRV from here At the lot I saw 2 scratches by the back plate, wheel locks were not on but discussed in the price with my salesman. The manager who agreed to fix the scratches & place the wheel locks on. He said they'd pick my car up & leave a loaner. When my HRV arrived, there were more scratches on the truck. I've been dealing with this for over a week. Spoke with Scott B who doesn't take my satisfaction into consideration, he accused me of having Buyerss Remorse. A worker of this dealership or bodyshop scratched a brand new vehicle up. I didn't expect to go through such a bad case with this dealership. I'm currently working to fix this matter. No brand new vehicle should have to be in & out of a bodyshop/away from their new owner. I don't recommend using this lot. Todd H lied about mileage on it also. He was not friendly in person & showed more concern with money/commission than having a satisfied customer. This experience all around has been bad.

Dustin Anderson is the man to see if you wish to buy a new or used vehicle. He is knowledgeable and very accomodating. I bought a 2015 Honda Civic EX Coupe for my wife and was very pleased with the service. I felt like part of the family when I left. This dealership is wonderful! I worked with Jimmy Quinn, and he was stellar in service and patience! He found exactly what I wanted, in the price range I wanted and even negotiated further to make me happy! The entire process went very quickly, and painlessly. Being a former Toytoa owner, Jimmy went above and beyond compared to the Toyota dealership in Grenville. He answered all of my numerous questions with patience. He took the time to show me all of the features of the Pilot, reviewed all of the manuals to make sure I was comfortable and knew how to work all of the controls. In addition, Jimmy was very respectful of my time. I will tell all of my friends and family Bob Barbour Honda is my first choice from now on! Thank you so much!
